Position: Retail Assistant (Casual Contract)
Hours: 12 hours per week

Who We're Looking For: We are seeking a qualified naturopath or a student of naturopathy who stands out from the crowd. Are you someone who thrives on staying ahead of the curve, immersing yourself in the latest natural health trends and innovations? If you're passionate about naturopathy and love diving deep into holistic health, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their inquiries and purchases, providing knowledgeable advice on health products.
- Immerse yourself in the day-to-day running of the shop and contribute to essential business functions like marketing, website maintenance, and inventory management.
- Play a vital role in driving our success and supporting our holistic wellness community.
Requirements:
Mandatory:
- Qualified naturopath or studying naturopathy.
- Previous experience in health-related fields demonstrating a knowledge of healthcare.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record in sales or customer service.
- Ability to learn product specifications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, problem-solve, and be autonomous.
- Must be vigilant, meticulous, and show initiative.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Desirable:
- Experience with Shopify or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of CIN 7 inventory software.
