You will be working exclusively with one of Queensland’s top residential Sales Agents. Last year alone, Owen was placed as #27 in the 2023 Real Estate Business’ Top 50 Agents in Queensland!
Commencing as a Sales Assistant, you will be partnered with Owen to learn fundamental skills and support his transactions from listed to settled. The successful candidate will be provided with the best possible training in Real Estate for personal and professional growth within a wonderful office environment.
The role will involve the following tasks:
- Prospecting – cold calls, warm calls, client nurturing, door knocking (daily);
- Letter box dropping;
- Database management as required;
- Conducting open homes and other inspections;
- Attending valuations, inspections, buyer appointment;
- Following compliance procedures;
- Communicating confidently;
- Coordinating client bookings and meetings;
- Teamwork and understand team goals;
- Consistently demonstrate a learning and growth mindset; and
- Demonstrating initiative and looking for a career to develop in.
Due to the importance of this role, you will need:
- High level of self-discipline, self motivation
- Mandarin speaking preferred
- Real Estate Sales Certificate or close to obtaining one
- Current QLD Driver’s License and suitable vehicle
- Positive mindset, target driven, well-organised nature
- Experience in a customer facing industry (preferably sales, hospitality);
- Strong communication skills; and
- High attention to detail.
