We are currently seeking for an Instructional (Learning) Designer on behalf of our prominent client in the mining industry for a 12-month contract. The Instructional (Learning) Designer will work on a Global scale and will collaborate closely with change management and communications team on release of learning products.
About the role:
As the Instructional (Learning) Designer you will
- Define Learning needs
- Design and develop learning experiences (face to face courses, E-Learning modules and videos
- Manage Stakeholder engagement
- Collaborate closely with change management and communications teams on release of learning products.
- Work with subject matter experts, manage relationships and deliver work matter on a timely basis
About You:
- High level PowerPoint, Word, Excel and SharePoint
- Proven ability as an instructional designer and learning design analysis
- Proven Project experience
- Experience in business improvement in the mining industry is advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to tailor communications for different channels and audiences.
