About the role
VMCH are developing Victoria’s most premium retirement living community, in the heart of Kew. We seek an exceptional Sales Assistant to join our team, under the guidance of a highly experienced Retirement Living Sales Manager. The Sales Assistant is the first point of contact with the prospective buyer, with important responsibilities including administration, contract preparation, data entry, prospect communications and high-end hospitality support.
About you
You’ll need exceptional administration skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to think proactively to support the Sales Manager. This role will suit a person who wants to learn more about relationship sales, and who is keen to learn the complexities of retirement living sales and help to deliver an outstanding experience for our future residents, with warmth, kindness and professionalism.
