Our client is successful Property Development Group that has a proven track record in delivering high quality residential projects to market.
They are currently looking to bolster their sales team by recruiting a Sales Assistant/Associate to work along side and supporting a Senior Sales Consultant and Sales Manager.
About the role
- Provide "A" class customer experience and service to prospective customers
- Be the ambassador for the company brand and project
- Provide and perform administrative support to ensure a seamless sales process
- Proactive maintenance of the CRM ensuring up to data
- Meet and greet customers and possess sound knowledge of the project and product
- Maintain the presentation of the Sales Information Centre
- Proactively pass on, follow up any calls or queries
- Respond to any leads, phone and/or web inquiries in a timely manner
- Process deposits and signed contracts ensuring everything is in order
- Agents Representative Certificate
- Demonstrated experience in administration and/or possess customer service role
- Solid communication and listening skills
- Possess a strong work ethic and passion for what you do
- Have a customer orientated mindset
