As a result of our continued growth, an opportunity exists for a Sales assistant to join our friendly team in a full-time role. If you are looking for an opportunity to make a difference to our customers experience, this is the job for you.
Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt responses to all telephone calls, internet enquiries and showroom visitors
- Place showroom orders with suppliers, update reports, liaise with suppliers and warehouses to ensure customer requirements are dealt with and stock queries are addressed
- Assist with customer order management: place orders with suppliers for shipping direct to customer, into showroom, or to the warehouse for repackaging
- Assist with the general maintenance of the showroom, window displays, merchandising, product placement and showroom tidiness.
- Assist in the execution of digital marketing plans including LinkedIn Advertising, Facebook Advertising, blog writing, website content updates and landing pages.
- Own and drive the organic social media strategy, including content creation through video & photography.
- Driving the email marketing strategy. Including newsletters, brand EDMs and assisting with email automation.
- Report on insights and data – Platform to be defined.
- Assist in the content creation & management of the organic social media accounts.
Requirements:
- Experience in kitchens and joinery would be preferred.
- Proficient in MS Excel & Outlook.
- Experience in digital marketing, especially in utilising social media for lead generation and sales acceleration.
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills, capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- A collaborative spirit, ready to work in tandem with production and sales teams to achieve ambitious goals.
