The Role:
As a Real Estate Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to our high-achieving agents, assisting with daily operations, client interactions, and property transactions. This role is ideal for someone looking to advance their career in real estate with a passion for excellence and a drive to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist agents in all aspects of the property selling process.
- Coordinate appointments, open houses, and viewings.
- Manage communication with clients, including follow-ups and updates.
- Prepare and manage real estate documents and listings.
- Support marketing efforts, including social media and promotional materials.
- Handle administrative tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Basic understanding of the real estate market and sales process.
- Proficiency in MS Office and real estate software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Real estate experience is preferred but not essential.
