POSITION SUMMARY
The primary responsibility of the Sales Associate is to support the Agent with day to day operational sales functions of the business, manage client relationships, as well as generate potential business leads.

- Reports to Agent
- Other key relationships: Colleagues, Marketing, Accounting, Clients, Management and Industry Professionals.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities and tasks expected to be performed will include:
- Provide operational support to the sales agent throughout the sales process.
- Build and manage client relationships on a daily basis
- Co-ordinate and implement marketing campaigns.
- Source and create listing opportunities in the market.
- Meet allocated targets.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
- On initial commencement, formal induction will include training on job related tasks, company structure, style guide standards, procedures and other office protocol.
