One position has opened up to join the award-winning, Redmond Realty team, as  Sales Associate. 

Position available: Real Estate Sales Associate 

Wage type: Commission Only

Real Estate Sales Experience in the Perth market: Necessary minimum 1-2 years experience and must currently be working in the industry. 

Support: Full-Time at no cost 

Commission Split: High, Depending on experience

Office: Centrally located in the heart of Joondalup for you to use as you please

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Associate to join our family at Redmond Realty. As a commission-based position, you will have the opportunity to earn a high income based on your sales performance. Experience in the real estate industry is necessary to excel in this role.

We provide full-time support and mentoring to ensure your success in meeting your sales targets and taking your career to the next level working alongside some of the best selling agents in WA. You can count on our team to assist you with all listing and selling administrative tasks, marketing efforts, and client management. Our systems are set up for you to work from home, or anywhere in the world! Our goal is to create an environment where you can focus on what you do best – listing & selling property. One of our agents, went from selling one a month, to now being the number one selling agent in her core area for 3 years. 

One of the advantages of working with us is that we have no desk fees or hidden fees. We believe in transparency and want our agents to keep more of their hard-earned commission. 

The commission split offered will be highly competitive and will depend on your level of experience in the industry. We recognise and reward expertise, offering attractive incentives for top performers - some of the highest the industry has to offer! 

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Associate in Perth Western Australia 

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills always putting the client first

- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market / area specific 

- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets

- Valid and current WA real estate sales registration with CPD Points up to date, with a clean police clearance

- Good reputation within the industry, your own phone, transport & laptop with understanding of CRM & cloud based software
