Sales Associate - Excellent Structure - Learn From The Best!

This is an opportunity for a hardworking and dedicated individual, to be the backbone of this sales team, end to end admin and sales support work alongside a prominent agent who needs someone who can nail their admin and prospecting plan.
  
The Role:

As a go to person for a leading sales agent, this role will see you utilise your sales, administration and organisational skills.  The right candidate must be able to work independently and keep themselves accountable to their non-negotiables.

On a daily basis, your duties will include:

• Diary, e-mail and appointment management for lead agent
• Rigorous prospecting, tracking, hitting KPI’s and a passion to over achieve
• Manage and organise sales appraisals and constant CRM management
• Communication with solicitors during the sales process
• Liaising appointments, ensuring all document are prepared
• Coordinating photo shoots, floor plans, marketing material and agent branding
• Prepare and attend proposals, presentations and auctions
• Manage the settlement process
• Preparing for open homes and private inspections

This role will eventually progress into a standalone sales role, so if you are eager to learn before you step out on your own, this is the role for you!

The Candidate:

• Very strong sales, coordination, and time management skills
• Ability to manage a busy workload with high-end clientele - you will be working on premium listings in tightly held suburb
• Must have driver's licence, reliable vehicle, and QLD Real Estate Certificate
• Must be extremely well presented
