We are seeking a committed, loyal and enthusiastic person to join our team full time, as a Sales Associate. This role is suitable for both someone with previous real estate experience or for an up-and-coming Sales Associate wanting to learn from the best.
To be considered you will be a go getter, highly motivated to succeed in sales and willing to work weekends and after hours as required. You do not need to currently hold a Real Estate Sales Registration, however, must be willing to complete the course.
Some of the responsibilities of the role include (but are not limited to):
- Working with one of our main sales representatives to support them
- Making outbound calls to leads
- Managing all incoming sales enquiries via email and phone
- Attending inspections (both individual appointments and home opens)
- Liaising with clients
- Putting up home open directional signs
- Assisting with vendor, buyer and campaign management
- Attending any training as required
- Completing administration tasks accurately and efficiently
Our ideal candidate will possess:
- A valid driver’s license and your own vehicle (Essential to the role)
- A high level of self-motivation
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A high level of negotiation skills
- The willingness to be part of a team
- A willingness to learn and follow proven systems
- Previous experience in residential real estate sales (Preferred but not essential)
