THE ROLE:
We are seeking an energetic, enthusiastic and positive Personal Assistant to join a fast-paced team supporting one of our High PerformingSales Associates. Ideally you will have previous experience in real estate administration and be available to assist the Sales Associate at open for inspections and buyer appointments during weekday evenings and Saturdays.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to excel in administration for the sale to settlement side of the process PLUS work closely with the Sales Associate in Buyer Management and Open for Inspections, opening up career growth opportunities within a team environment. While this is technically a part-time role, the hours worked each week will vary and there is opportunity to work additional hours to bring this close to being a full-time position.
What is needed in this dynamic role:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with attention to detail
- Excellent computer and literacy skills to perform administrative tasks and database management
- High level organisation skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with marketing and social media including the use of programs such as Canva
- A professional presentation and approach to liaise with clients and suppliers
- The desire to work in a busy team with opportunities to develop sales skills
- Manage sale to settlement process
- Attend open for inspections and buyer appointments on weekday evenings and Saturdays
- Have completed the Real Estate Certificate IV Sales Representative or be keen to undertake the course
- Have a reliable car and Australian driver’s licence
