This role would suit a candidate that is already working as an office, leasing or sales assistant in a real estate business that would now like to progress in their career, work for a premium brand and make the step closer to being a Sales Agent in their own right.
You will be assisting the Senior Sales Agent across all tasks associated with listing and selling real estate. This will involve everything from door knocking and phone prospecting to attending photo shoots, open homes and market appraisals and managing buyer enquiries and private inspections.
You must have some experience in the real estate industry. You must possess all the attributes necessary to be successful in the real estate industry, including persistence, resilience, flexibility and drive. You must be able to take direction as well as work independently. Your must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in the written form.
You must possess (or be in the process of getting) a current certificate of registration as well as a well presented motor vehicle and current drivers license.
Knowledge of and residing in the Hills District would also be an advantage.
