WHAT THIS ROLE REQUIRES
We are looking for a focused and target driven RE sales professional who has the ability, ambition and skill to be a Sales Agent, but wants to be a part of a successful team. This role requires previous real estate experience.
Work alongside the highly esteemed Laura McKay and Mitchell Wynn as you work under the guidance of David Highland himself. Both Laura and Mitchell are highly successful agents having won awards as market leaders in their fields. This is an extremely rare opportunity to work alongside the Highland team!
This is a full time position (5.5 days per week) working for an established senior agent with a strong local reputation who’s been with our agency for over a decade. He is looking for a CO AGENT help run their campaigns, to list and sell – this is ideal for someone who wants to be an agent without the risk of going out independently.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Assisting at open homes
- Assisting and running listing presentations
- Attending and assisting with onsite and in-house auctions
- Buyer work – building and maintaining a strong buyer pipeline
- Cold calling – booking appraisals and managing a strong pipeline for new listings
- Client relationship management – nurturing current campaign contacts
- Minimal administration duties; marketing, data entry, reports
- Working alongside a Senior Agent – mentorship
- Campaign management – chasing documents to sign, dealing with solicitors/conveyancers/stylists
- Attending sales training, sales meetings and company events
- Working on Saturdays, whilst attaining a mid-week ½ day RDO
- You will be recognised as an Agent running listings within his territory with the benefit of his guidance, mentorship and support
- This role will enable you to earn an annual salary on top of list/sell commission structure
- You will be a part of an already successful team that will allow you to make money a lot quicker than as an independent
- This structure allows you to work as an established agent without the risk of going out as an independent agent and starting from scratch

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT FOR THIS ROLE:
- MUST have a Certificate of Registration or RE License (legal requirement)
- Must have right to work in Australia
- Previous Real Estate experience is preferred
