MAYDAY Recruitment are excited to partner with a luxury global automotive brand which has seen substantial growth in the Australian market. We are looking to hire a Sales Advisor in Perth who is looking to develop their sales skills and grow with a luxury global brand.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a background in client service or sales to build and develop a long-term career with a premium automotive brand – full product and sales training will be provided!

The Role:
Provide a high level of customer service and be a key facilitator in the customer purchasing experience!
Duties include:
- Ensure all customers receive an excellent experience with the brand throughout the purchasing process
- Convert instore, web and phone enquiries into leads and coach them through the process
- Take time to understand the customers needs and match them to the most suitable car
- Take prospective customers on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
- Engage with customers in the Studio, Test Drive Centre, at events and offsite locations
- Support customers when completing relevant paperwork
- Managing the handover and delivery of vehicles to customers
- Accurately maintain the CRM system with customer information
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience gained in a VIP customer service or sales role, luxury retail/products, cabin crew or similar high-level client focused position
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with an ability to build relationships with ease
- The ambition and drive to succeed in a sales environment and a desire to hit or exceed targets
- A valid, full Australian Driver’s License
- Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia
