SalaryOur client is a leading commercial and industrial real estate agency based in Bunbury that provides a full host of real estates services. Working closely with a qualified and experienced Sales and Leasing Agent, learning all aspects of the role to effectively list, negotiate and sell/lease commercial and industrial property whilst providing additional support to the Agency department.
What you'll be doing:
- Preparing documentation ie: Offer to Lease/Heads of Agreement/Letter of Intent
- Prospecting for new business and following up of all leads and referrals in a timely manner
- Conduct appraisals on properties and prepare appraisal letters/submissions for sale and lease
- Finding properties for clients
- An Interest and passion for Real Estate
- A current real estate license (highly desirable)
- A Drivers license and reliable vehicle
- The ability to deal with strong personalities
