- We are growing rapidly and becoming National Leaders in the Framing, Memorabilia and Fundraising Events Industry. WFH opportunity available.
- The Wicked Group offer services for fundraising events all around Australia to Charities, Corporates, Schools, Sporting Groups and Private fundraising events.
- Our services include Online Mobile Bidding, Auction items on consignment including Rare and Unique Memorabilia Holidays and Experiences. We also offer custom framing, auctioneers, and guest speakers.
Key Job responsibilities and Skills -
Identifying new job opportunities and leads.
- Sell products and services to support the successful management of fundraising events.
- Networking and cold calling to increase number of new customers.
- Prepare quotes and presentations to successfully win new business.
- Schedule regular customer and prospect visits and appointments.
- Follow up existing clients to grow relationships and drive organic growth.
- Visit customers to provide presentations.
- Prepare contracts where required and negotiate pricing and terms.
- Strategic approach to achieving sales targets.
- Building strong business relationships with key stakeholders and influencers.
- Attend networking events, trade shows and industry specific events.
- Report on activity, performance and targets.
- Maintain database with updated information.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Knowledge of products and services such as bidding technology, memorabilia and collectables, fundraising events.
- Experience in selling professional services and products.
- Develop strategic sales plans.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to present effective solutions to meet customer needs.
- Time management and negotiation skills.
- Able to work unsupervised.
- Proficient with the use of CRM system and technology including Microsoft Office, HubSpot, Shopify a bonus.
- Driven to achieve targets and KPI’s.
- Customer Service orientated.
- Proven experience in meeting targets and building existing and new business relationships.
Salary package range $80k plus Superannuation, commission and car allowance.
