In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training in various aspects of Debt Solutions, including:
- Communication and sales techniques.
- In-depth knowledge of products, policies, and guidelines.
- The ability to compare and present suitable Debt Solutions tailored to a customer’s needs.
- Analysing bank statements and budgets.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Exceptional communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a professional demeanour.
- Excellent sales skills.
- Communication with clients through phone, text, and email to collect necessary information for successful applications and approvals.
- Provide clients with knowledge and solutions, helping them achieve their financial goals.
- Developing, managing, and converting new and existing clients through a successful daily call cycle and meeting activity requirements.
- Effectively managing your sales pipeline.
- Achieving monthly KPI targets, including calls, completed activities, and settlements.
- Supporting the customer care team and management in follow-up calls (retention), customer service, and supplier liaison.
- Making a difference by assisting Australians in need of debt assistance.
- Be a good listener and empathetic to their situation.
Eligibility requirements:
- Candidates must be permitted to work permanently with no restrictions on hours (e.g., citizens or permanent residents only).
- Successful candidates will be required to undergo appropriate background checks for eligibility.
