In this role, you will undergo comprehensive training in various aspects of Debt Solutions, including:

• Communication and sales techniques.
• In-depth knowledge of products, policies, and guidelines.
• The ability to compare and present suitable Debt Solutions tailored to a customer’s needs.
• Analysing bank statements and budgets.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Exceptional communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a professional demeanour. 
• Excellent sales skills.
• Communication with clients through phone, text, and email to collect necessary information for successful applications and approvals.
• Provide clients with knowledge and solutions, helping them achieve their financial goals.
• Developing, managing, and converting new and existing clients through a successful daily call cycle and meeting activity requirements.
• Effectively managing your sales pipeline.
• Achieving monthly KPI targets, including calls, completed activities, and settlements.
• Supporting the customer care team and management in follow-up calls (retention), customer service, and supplier liaison.
• Making a difference by assisting Australians in need of debt assistance.
• Be a good listener and empathetic to their situation.

Eligibility requirements:

• Candidates must be permitted to work permanently with no restrictions on hours (e.g., citizens or permanent residents only).
• Successful candidates will be required to undergo appropriate background checks for eligibility.
