Responsibilities of this role include:

• Process sales orders via trade counter, phone, and email
• General branch support, admin and ad-hoc duties
• Developing strong relationships with customers
• Supporting the internal and external sales team and management
• Providing quotes and estimates as required
• Meet or exceed targets and KPI's

The Candidate!We are seeking candidates with any sort of customer service or sales experience with a background from Hardware, Trade Wholesale, Electrical Wholesale, Electronic Security or technology will be considered!

• Prior experience in an Internal Sales, Trade Counter, Customer Service position
• Genuine interest towards electronics/technology (desirable)
• Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Have a great attitude and customer service skills
