We are looking for an experienced, driven and customer focussed Sales Consultant to join our business. Some one who is passionate about generating organic leads and guiding clients through their build journey.
Key Duties and Responsibilities include (but not limited to)
- Establish new sales networks to assist in increasing sales opportunities
- Guide and assist clients from initial concept through to the completion of their new home
- Complete all sales documentation to an acceptable standard
- Provide an exceptionally high level of customer service
- Accurately record and maintain lead details into the company Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Continuously promote our Lofty Building Group and our brand
What you need to join our exciting team
- A minimum of 2 years sales experience in a similar role
- Strong sales experience, preferably in new home sales
- Experience in house & land packages will be advantageous
- Experience with drafting programs will be advantageous
- Experience in achieving and exceeding set sales targets and KPIs
- Established relationships with Agents, Developers and Industry Stakeholders
- Exceptional time management and multitasking skills
- Exceptional communication & negotiation skills
- Be able to build rapport and trust quickly and easily
