Your new role
Join a vibrant team as a full-time Sales Representative where you can channel your enthusiasm and energy in a fast-paced setting. This role involves managing sales inquiries, crafting and issuing sales orders, quotes, and invoices, and ensuring top-tier communication standards are upheld. Collaborate closely with the workshop team to ensure timely and quality services. Your strong customer service orientation, adept sales skills, and ability to engage professionally in diverse settings will be key. Participation in special events like 4X4 Shows will further your engagement and brand representation.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Demonstrated commitment to outstanding customer service
- Ability to effectively work and collaborate within a team environment
- Ability to work 9:00am - 12:00pm on Saturday on a rotating roster
- Experience in or knowledge of 4WD and camping products is highly advantageous
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including a professional phone manner
- Intermediate computer skills, comfortable with sales systems and general office software
- Willingness to work at special events such as 4X4 Shows and Open Days
