Sales Consultant
Living Choice Australia, an award-winning retirement village operator and developer is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to manage sales at our newest Australian Flagship Village, Living Choice Parkwood (Gold Coast QLD).
Located on a picturesque site with absolute golf course and lake frontage Living Choice Parkwood will set a new benchmark for innovation and luxury in retirement living. With planning approvals in place and a firm financial standing, Living Choice is well advanced in relation to construction commencement and sales release of this exciting new fully integrated golf club vertical retirement village.
Operating from a 1:1 display apartment onsite at Parkwood Golf Course, the successful applicant will build and refine a database of potential clients. Working closely with Parkwood Golf Club and our South Australian based Marketing team the applicant will be involved with setting and operating events, functions and sponsorships with a view to create a sales pipeline and referral network. Nurturing these clients through the construction process and ultimately moving them into their new home, will be the journey the applicant will navigate with their clients.
Reporting to the Regional Manager the successful applicant should:
- Be able to represent the Living Choice brand, commitment, and product accurately with integrity and honesty
- Have a history of providing outstanding customer service
- Be versed in the QLD Retirement Villages Act
- Hold or be willing to attain the necessary registration required to sell retirement village leases in QLD
- Be confident and able to represent the needs of clients to Living Choice’s internal design, building and operations teams at sales meetings.
The position is full-time 5 days per week, after hours and weekend work will form part of overall success.
Remuneration will be via salary plus commissions.
