Our client is a respected and trusted IT Security Systems Integrator that provides Cyber Security solutions, implementation, integration, and support services to medium to large corporate customers.

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and supporting the sales team by reaching out to potential customers and setting appointments for IT Security Solutions and services, including Intrusion Prevention System (IPS), Firewall, SIEM, Access Control, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), End Point Security, and Log Management technologies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers to generate leads and set appointments.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to qualify prospects for sales opportunities.
  • Present and promote IT Security Solutions and services to prospective customers over the phone.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Maintain and update accurate records of communications and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching new customers and expanding market reach.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the IT services or software industry.
  • A positive, enthusiastic, resilient, and driven attitude, eager for career development.
  • Strong communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner.
  • Ability to work well on your own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Target-driven and persuasive, with proven skills in handling objections and negotiating appointments.
  • Basic knowledge of IT security products is beneficial but not essential.
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's Degree is a plus.
  • Additional Information:

Salary Package: $$80K-90K Base + Super + Comms. (OTE $150K-$160K uncapped)
