Job DescriptionAbout the Opportunity
As the face of TAL, you will offer TAL’s life insurance products directly to customers, providing general advice and recommendations to support their purchasing decisions and convert to a successful and compliant sale.
Key responsibilities include:
- Educate clients about TAL’s insurance products, to help the, gain a full understanding of their options.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships though inbound and outbound queries.
- Achieve realistic monthly revenue and compliance targets i.e., 15 calls per day on average and 2:1 commitment to purchase to purchase per day.
- Accountable for managing accurate documentation and generation of quotes.
- Collaborate effectively across departments to ensure a positive sales and application experience.
About you
- Prior sales experience in an insurance, financial services or contact center environment preferred.
- OR an ambitious sales professional focused on strengthening and growing our business.
- Ability to influence and negotiate outcomes in a compliant and target-based environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and persistent with outstanding interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on the client’s needs in every interaction
- RG146 qualified (desirable, but not necessary)
