Our client is Australian's largest Kitchen retailer and have a successful state of art Kitchen Showroom, based on Sydney's Northern Beaches. They now have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Consultant to join their motivated team. Your new role will include building strong relationships with customers, showcasing the stores top range of kitchenware, appliances, fittings and flooring and generating appointments with the design team. An opportunity to work with high quality products providing a customer journey which will delight.
You will look to generate appointments with the Design team by forming relationships with your customers and establishing their needs through your presentation of the Showroom.
Duties will include:
Ensure customers are provided with exceptional customer journey.
Be the face of the business by welcoming customers into showroom, ensuring an exceptional showroom experience.
Work with customers to provide knowledge and information around their individual kitchen requirements.
Provide product and style advice across the broad range, assisting with selection
Respond to telephone and email enquiries in a timely fashion
Book appointments with the Designer, providing full briefing on customers requirements, completing follow-ups
Develop your own client relationships, delivering superior service and sales results.
Liaise with internal teams for orders and deliveries
Assist the showroom manager for smooth operation of the showroom
The successful candidate will have:
3 + years experience in retail, ideally in a showroom
Demonstrated ability in Sales, good understanding of the "7 steps of selling"
Excellent customer service manner
Positive “can do” attitude and strong relationship building skills
Well-groomed and professional presentation
Basic Computer skills
