AddressSALES CONSULTANT at JOHN COLE TOYOTA ATHERTON
We're on the lookout for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our Sales team. If you have a customer-first approach and a drive to succeed in automotive sales, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs & provide genuine sales support
- Build positive long-lasting relationships with customers
- Maximize sales opportunities from showroom traffic, phone and Internet enquiries, and referrals
- Maintain an excellent knowledge of the range of vehicles and accessories through formal and informal training
- Provide exceptional customer service - internal and external customers
Requirements:
- Excellent customer focus and communication
- Previous automotive or sales experience (not essential)
- Holds a current manual drivers’ license (essential)
- Vehicle Sales License will be required following qualifying period - (at own cost).
- The ability to take initiative and work to a high standard
- Have good time management procedures, and remain calm under pressure
- Enjoy helping others, working as a team & are driven to succeed
