About the Role

Location:  Perth - New branch opening soon

We seek experienced, high-performing Assistive Technology Product Consultants, tospearhead our new Perth branch.  You will engage with individual clients, both children and adults, their families and therapists, understand their needs and provide personalised solutions for their assistive equipment needs.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing personalised consultation with therapists and families to understand their assistive equipment needs
  • Providing a range of equipment options, ensuring equipment best suits their needs
  • Accurately scripting equipment as trialled with the client
  • Delivery of equipment and demonstration of functions/operations
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity
  • Take ownership and follow through with all assigned enquiries
To be successful for this role you must have the following:
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional customer care
  • Proven ability to achieve individual sales targets
  • Problem solving ability and dealing with complexity
  • Commitment to customer care and teamwork
  • Physically able to undertake lifting/moving of equipment
  • A current drivers licence
