An exciting career opportunity has arisen within our Retirement Living Team for a customer focused individual with strong financial acumen and an absolute passion for helping people.
About the role
Reporting to the Retirement Living Sales and New Projects Operations Manager and closely liaising with Retirement Living Managers, this role will coordinate a uniform approach to the sales and settlement of our Southern Cross Care retirement living units across South Australia.
You will undertake all facets of retirement living sales including the profiling and qualifying of prospective residents, reporting on sales statistics and working closely with the refurbishment and contracts administration team. In addition, you will also assist with the promotion of a wide range of lifestyle activities and support for prospective residents.

About you
The successful candidate will have proven sales experience with a strong customer service focus including emphasis on managing client needs and expectations. With initiative and exceptional organisational skills, you will be equally comfortable working autonomously as well as in a collaborative team environment.
Proactive, approachable and empathetic to the needs of our prospective residents, you will also possess the ability to clearly explain complex financial information.
A sound knowledge of the Google suite of programs along with demonstrated experience in the use of CRM databases will be highly desirable. Outstanding time management skills will also contribute to you being a successful candidate for this role.
As you will be required to travel to our various Retirement Living sites routinely, a current Australian Drivers Licence will be essential.
