Metro has a distinct advantage in that as a land developer and a builder we control a large proportion of our own land, in addition to having the ability to custom design on clients, or, our own land.
THE ROLE
We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic self -starter, someone who can work both autonomously and within a team environment. Its imperative the candidate is the right fit for our culture and preference will be given to those of who can demonstrate a successful track record in selling residential building contracts or real estate. The role will involve working from Metro's display homes during the opening hours, which include week days and weekends.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Ability to make sales from leads generated by Metro or through the candidates own contacts
- Strong sales negotiation and closing skills
- Meet sales KPI’s
- Willingness to work weekends and demonstrate effective time management
- Ensure our high levels of customer satisfaction are adhered to
The candidate
First and foremost, we are looking for someone with a “can do” attitude who is looking for a company to reignite their career.
- Preference to hold or ability to obtain real estate license
- Positive attitude and a burning desire to succeed
- Proven track record in sales
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to work a broad network and build rapport quickly
- Resilient
