The Role

An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated New Home Sales Consultant to join our close-knit team based in Adelaide Inner South. We will provide you with world class ongoing training and support to ensure you provide our customers with a seamless experience building their dream home.

Duties

· Interacting and building rapport with new clients on a daily basis.

· Identifying clients needs based on their budget and lifestyle.

· Achieve sales targets by successfully managing leads from start to finish.

· On-site meetings and face to face presentations with prospective clients.

· Accurately recording new enquiry details into our system.

· Providing consistent follow up to potential clients.

· Working with clients to design their dream home

Skills and Attributes

· Current Drivers Licence and own vehicle.

· Previous experience in a sales role, ideally New Homes is an advantage. Otherwise you will have a genuine interest in the building industry and a desire to help customers build their dream home.

· Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

· Well presented and articulate.

· Good computer literacy and a high level of attention to detail.

· Capability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Eagerness to succeed and be self-motivated.

· A proactive and positive attitude
