In exchange for your sales abilities, we will provide an exceptional commission-based pay packet, qualified curious customers that close and all the support and training that you need. All that we ask is that you are committed to closing deals and remaining ethical in your approach.
This role will include:
- No door knocking or Cold calling.
- Warm, Qualified and Confirmed data.
- Pre-set appointments that sell !!! (67% close ratio)
- Work/road trips for those willing.
If successful in your application, your earning potential will be extremely healthy and uncapped.
Our good reps are earning over $180k per year BUT, good sales will never take priority over poor ethics – So bring your biggest smile to the interview :D
The right person will have:
- 3+ years experience in direct sales OR in-home home improvement sales.
- Intense understanding of sales principles and a massive drive to perfect them.
- Strong sense of motivation.
Candidates that can prove themselves with strong sales results, or can prove a history of high solar sales results will be considered for permanent positions within our company.
Requirements:
- Must be extremely presentable
- Must have a reliable motor vehicle and a current Drivers Licence.
- Must have your own computer and home office tools.
