Position Overview:
The Sales Consultant will play a crucial role in the quoting and conversion activities for all products and plans Nectr offers. This position involves working both in the office and remotely, requiring direct door to door communication with customers to convert leads supplied to you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with leads generated via digital marketing, organic, inbound, and up-sell campaigns, as well as referrals.
- Conduct calls and appointments directly with homeowners to convert and close customers.
- Undertake internal and external communications to ensure successful sales and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain databases, update customer records, and manage post-sales inquiries and complaints.
- Liaise with installer partners regarding best practices and general information.
- Attend weekly and monthly sales meetings and training sessions.
About you:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in Australian residential solar/battery sales.
- Strong and competitive work ethic.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Well-presented and well-mannered with excellent phone etiquette.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time management skills.
