Location: Gosford, NSW
Days / Hours: Full Time - 9am - 5pm

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute property marketing strategies.
- Network and participate in industry events.
- Prepare agency agreements and related documentation.
- Engage in prospecting and direct marketing efforts.
- Cultivate and maintain client relationships.
- List commercial, retail, and industrial properties for sale or lease.
- Negotiate with vendors, buyers, lessors, and lessees.
- Conduct property inspections with potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales submissions and property appraisals.
- Fulfill ad-hoc administrative tasks and other directives from Directors.
Essential Criteria:
- Substantial industry experience.
- Previous experience in the property industry, with a focus on commercial property highly valued.
- Possession of a valid NSW Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Holds a current Certificate of Registration or License.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal.
- Collaborative team player, readily offering support as needed.
- Adheres strictly to industry compliance standards.
