We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced & professional Trade Counter Salesperson to join our Sales team at our Campsie Store.

Your main duties will include, but are not limited to:
Sales to our customers, including over the counter sales, orders & quotes
Assisting customers with product selection & options within the Plumbing showroom
Preparing quotations & sales proposals / some specifications, and following these through to order
Building customer relationships & maintaining excellent customer service
Stock control, including receipt & dispatch of goods, and general house-keeping
Administration tasks, including finalising customer invoices / orders
Assisting with day-to-day store operations inc cleaning
Occasional deliveries to our customers
Role requirements:
Prior experience in a Trade Sales related role is preferable, as is some Plumbing knowledge and customer service. We provide comprehensive on the job training.
Applicants must be computer literate, reliable, well presented & have good communication skills. Manual Drivers License would be highly regarded.
You will be a self motivated, energetic, and friendly team member who has a strong ability to problem solve, multi-task, and work efficiently in order to meet critical deadlines. You also need to possess the skill of taking absolute ownership on all things which affect the results of your works. You need to be comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, and previous experience processing orders and invoicing using any system would be valuable. Basic knowledge of sales would be ideal.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be able to demonstrate:
Must be living in Australia(Campsie Sydney)
Excellent organisational skills with basic computer systems knowledge
A solid understanding of the flow of information within a business
The ability to work within a team and busy environment, whilst managing multiple tasks on the go
Effective communication skills and a willingness to assist in all areas of business operations, as well as the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
