Our client, the 3rd largest FinTech (SaaS) in the world, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Enablement Specialist!

Join this global leader, providing its customers with smarter business tools, whilst continuously finding innovative ways to deliver.

What your exciting days will look like: 

  • Developing and delivering training programs to improve performance and enhance customer experience. 
  • Maintaining a library of Sales Resources - playbooks, scripts, templates etc.
  • Measuring & Analysing Sales Enablement metrics.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Customer Success) to ensure alignment on initiatives.
What you'll bring to the team:
  • Expertise in SaaS Channel Sales with a deep understanding of sales processes, challenges and best practices across all stages of the sales cycle.
  • Experince upskilling sales teams in methodologies like Challenger. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to develop materials and deliver presentations.
