This role will sit within Australia marketplace. This role is designed for an experience Training Manager who has got experience with working with Sales teams.

To be successful in this role, you should have a deep understanding of the sales process, "challenger methodology", strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Experience with modern Sales Enablement tools and techniques is also preferred.

What Will You Be Doing?

  • You will play a pivotal role in onboarding new sales staff, facilitating training sessions, and developing content to support ongoing learning and development initiatives.
  • Developing Sales Enablement metrics that measure the effectiveness of Sales Training, tools, and processes.
  • You will work closely with Head of Sales Leaders to ensure alignment with our sales objectives and provide valuable insights to drive performance improvements.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to identify areas of improvement in the sales process and developing strategies to address them.
  • You will be part of business improvement practices and embraced for your ideas.
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions for new sales staff using a blended approach of Instructor-led and Computer-Based Training.
  • Provide project and change management support for deployments across new geographies or business units.
  • Develop Instructor-led Training (ILT) content and collaborate with Instructional Designers on ongoing content development.
  • Coach sales staff on effective execution of selling skills, product knowledge, and processes.

What Will You Bring?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Business improvements within Sales environment
  • You must have worked in a Saas Software organization.
  • Understand of Australian Accounting would be advantageous.
  • Advanced facilitation and coaching abilities.
  • Ability to think strategically and manage complex dynamics.
  • Ability to work autonomously with provided guides and workflows.
  • Full dedication to the project for 12 months, approximately 40 hours per week.

Benefits

Even though this is a 12-month contract (Hybrid), you will have the opportunity of extension and/ or may transfer to FTE. Offering a daily rate equivalent to $140K-$180K + super. Your job will fast-paced environment filled with highly motivated sales team members who are all fueled by the passion to succeed.
