Position:
Seeking an estimator experienced in architectural metalwork for construction projects, primarily screens, balustrades, staircases, gates, louvres, light structural, and decorative metalwork, including garage doors and shutters.
- We require a professional estimator proficient in quantity take-offs, compiling quotes, and interacting with construction tender management portals.
- Quotations and tender submissions will be prepared and finalized in collaboration with the project management team.
- Our projects span luxury homes, multi-residential buildings, and large-scale commercial developments.
- Direct communication with Field Service Technicians and clients to gather requirements for quotes is essential.
- Follow-up with clients promptly upon receipt of quotes to seek feedback and clarify details.
- Estimate timeframes for job completion and maintain comprehensive knowledge of the CRM system.
- Establish and nurture customer relationships through regular contact.
- Prioritize tasks to ensure timely processing of specifications, quotes, and sales orders through the CRM system.
- Utilize CRM reports to ensure the sales department follows up on all quotes and activities.
- Process material orders efficiently and manage approved quotes effectively.

Candidate:
- It is essential for all candidates to have a strong sales background ideally with a FABRICATION BACKGROUND
- Experience within the Strata Management, Building or Gate / Door sector is highly desirable
- You must be willing and able to work completely autonomously, as well as be capable of travelling interstate at times.
- Ability to communicate and listen, and to put forward ideas and suggestions
- Ability to present a professional and personable aspect on behalf of the company
- Highly organised, with a diligent and focused approach.
- High presentation, attention to detail, well-spoken and able to engage key stakeholders in a professional manner.
