MediaForm is the market leader in commercial IT supplies and print solutions. We are currently experiencing immense growth and are looking to expand our team in Sydney with a passionate and professional Sales Executive role.
As a company MediaForm specialises in the Print & IT space delivering excellent service and solutions from all major vendors such as but not limited to HP , Dell Cisco etc to our business & corporate clients throughout Australia. With offices in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne, MediaForm is looking to build a strong team of like-minded individuals to grow within the company and service our clients with their Print & IT needs and more.
The responsibilities will include building relationships with new clients, creating your own client portfolio whilst also continuing to work with existing MediaForm clients. This role is largely about effectively managing relationships between our clients as well as vendors across all industry verticals.
POTENTIAL PACKAGE $250K+ (BASE PLUS COMMISSION IF MEETING TARGET)
Duties will include:
- Building, developing and maintaining long-term customer account relationships
- Constructing IT/ Print solution strategies for key clients
- Identify opportunities to add products/services with existing client accounts
- Planning and developing proposals
- Providing after sales care
- Onboarding new customers and potential partners
Essential Criteria:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Sales or customer services experience
- Willingness to cold call & visit potential new clients
- Some basic Knowledge of IT / print products and industry, a willingness to learn would be highly regarded.
- Highly motivated and able to work independently.
