You will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth within the grocery. fruit and produce sector, with a focus on our industry-leading labelling technologies.
- Cultivating relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective client organisations, understanding their labelling requirements and objectives.
- Collaborating with internal teams to customise labelling solutions that meet industry and client needs while enhancing product visibility, branding, and traceability.
- Negotiating contracts and pricing agreements to maximise profitability while delivering value to clients through superior labelling and packaging technologies.
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients, serving as a trusted advisor and resource for packaging and labelling solutions best practices.
- Staying informed about grocery industry trends, food regulatory requirements, and emerging packaging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
We require:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the packaging or labelling industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales and revenue growth, with a focus on exceeding targets and objectives.
- Understanding of the grocery, fruit & produce industry, including knowledge of labelling requirements, trends, and challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive results.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and value.
