Our client has been a global market innovator in the FMCG space for the last 70 years, with a recognisable brand in homes all across Australia. Well known for their quality of product and service delivery, and an expandable portfolio into some new markets in recent times. Due to an internal restructure, they are looking for a Supply Planning Manager to drive and lead a refined S&OP process.
The Role
Reporting to the National Supply Chain Manager, your role will be geared towards managing inventory & Supply Planning, proactive communication with stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that supply and inventory planners have the technical and practical skills to effectively manage their portfolio of products.
- Maintaining supply inventory integrity across all sites through cross functional communication and thorough analysis.
- Controlling the national replenishment function to ensure minimal labour and cost impact to the supply chain and manufacturing facility.
- Optimising stock turns while minimising existing slow moving and obsolete lines.
- Lead APAC Supply Planning processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance accuracy in forecasting and responsiveness to market dynamics.
- Continuous improvement - refining and developing systems and processes.
- Overseeing the Sales & Operations Planning process.
- Demonstrated experience in a senior supply chain or planning management role in a FMCG manufacturing environment.
- Demand and inventory planning or replenishment experience using a modern ERP system.
- Strong leadership skills with first class communication and stakeholder management ability.

- Highly analytical aptitude and ability to work in fast paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation
