About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who strives for positive customer, product and service outcomes. The Sales Executive must be highly driven, articulate, and business centric individual. The role will report to the National Sales Manager, and involve working closely with key internal & external stakeholders to collaborate, drive sales, build loyalty, and strengthen market share.
If you are a sales or account manager with a retail or product background, looking for a new landscape who enjoys meeting new customers, decision makers while you achieve sales & customer targets, we would love to meet you.
What we are looking for?
- Experience in apparel, Schoolwear or textiles is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communicator
- Demonstrated experience in sales and customer growth
- Experience with client relationship management
- Confident communicating and negotiating with education and government representatives
- Outstanding time management
- Business acumen and attention to detail and
- Strong computer literacy
- Capable of working in a retail environment if required
- Must have a current driver’s licence
- Must be willing to apply for a Working With Children Check (WWCC)
What will your key responsibilities be?
- Respond to inbound enquires and pursue outbound opportunities to acquire new business.
- Look after existing customers through a regular call cycle
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers
- Deliver on all KPI’s
