NOVA Entertainment is looking for someone dynamic and enthusiastic with a genuine passion for customer service to join our Sales Team in sunny Brisbane as a Sales Implementation Executive. As part of our Sales team you will collaborate with the Sales, Creative, Integration, Airtime and Programming teams to ensure a smooth delivery of content, promotions and a quality delivery of commercial campaigns to our clients and listeners.

You will love this role if you can:

• Deliver effective implementation of integrated client campaigns; coordinate & communicate with a range of internal & external stakeholders to ensure campaign delivery. (that means a lot of data and excel spreadsheets!)
• Assist with presentations and proposals. (have fun with the Create team!)
• Preparation of correspondence and responding to client queries for Client Executives (stuff like giving updates on how an ad campaign is going)
• Processing of on-air booking approval of forms, sourcing advertising material and instructions plus assisting the implementation of client campaigns (this is where you get to know all the different parts of our business including Create, Airtime, Programming)
• Effective use of sales resources and process reports for Client Executives (if you like to crunch data this will be a breeze)
• Assist with organisation of client events and functions as required (did I mention we have THE BEST EVENTS)
• Prepare post campaign analysis including post & pre-times, air checks, etc. for specific clients as required (we have excel and data gurus who can show you some tips)
• Maintain and promote effective working relationships with key functions including creative, promotions, programming etc. (again - this is an excellent step into Media!)
