Opal Minded, an esteemed fine jewellery boutique located in The Rocks, Sydney, is seeking a passionate salesperson with a genuine love for jewellery and exceptional customer service. 3-5 days a week. WHM welcomed.
Responsibilities:
- Delight our clients with outstanding service, building strong and lasting relationships.
- Develop a deep understanding of opal gems and jewellery and share this knowledge with customers.
- Exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service, in-person and digitally.
- Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining boutique cleanliness.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of premium retail sales or hospitality experience (experience in a similar role is advantageous).
- Passion for jewellery and/or gemstones.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a customer-focused and sales-driven environment.
- Flexibility to work some weekends (at weekend pay rates).
- Professional and polished demeanour,
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
