UDC Trading are a fast paced and fast-growing dairy trading business. We supply a range of dairy ingredients to food manufacturers nationwide.
We have an opportunity for a Sales & Logistics Administrator to join our office based team here in Milton, Brisbane.
Some of what you'll get up to in the role:
- Administrative support and general office duties.
- Order processing.
- Invoicing, management of stock movements and dealing with freight bookings.
- Answering telephone calls and liaising with clients.
- Manage daily workflow to maintain client service standards ensuring time frames and schedules are adhered to.
- Client database management.
- Data entry and other clerical work as operationally required.
- Developing and maintaining efficient administrative systems and processes.
- Maintaining office stationery and sundries.
- Diary management and meeting co-ordination.
- Administrative support to the MD and sales team.
- Other relevant tasks as required.
What you'll need:
Passion, drive, and a willingness to learn and develop into a well-rounded Administration Officer with the following attributes:
- Proactive & positive attitude.
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- A balance of well-developed administrative skills and interpersonal abilities, including problem solving and critical thinking.
- Willingness to learn, receive feedback and take the initiative.
- Ability to rapidly acquire new skills.
- Outstanding telephone, email, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Outlook, and have a willingness and ability to learn new software packages such as MYOB.
- Enjoys working autonomously and with a small but growing team.
