About the Role
We are looking for a customer relationship manager, ideally with an interest or experience in agriculture. Our business is an exciting and growing family-owned operation, so you will be expected to be an energetic and enthusiastic professional with excellent communication and customer relationship skills who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats and getting things done.
Qualifications and Experience
As a customer relationship manager, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting customers with product enquiries and providing exceptional service
- Processing sales orders and managing customer accounts
- Providing product information and guidance to customers
- Working collaboratively with the team to meet customer needs
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Contributing to the overall efficiency of the branch and growth of the business
This is position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences. We are a high growth business, and hence seek people who are hungry to improve and are capable of growing their customer base. We would be looking for someone who is capable of fully managing customer accounts. Desired Skills and Experience
- MR truck license.
- Forklift license.
- Experience in a similar role ie. Rural merchandise and/or chemical sales.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Computer and Microsoft suite proficiency.
A salary package will be determined commensurate with experience and ability to increase sales.
