About the role
We have an exciting opportunity to support our Sales team at Mulberry in QVB, Sydney.
As Sales Manager (Assistant Manager) at Mulberry you will Support your Store Director to lead your team to achieve sales budgets. To do this you must be passionate about people, determined to deliver an extraordinary customer experience and open to learning and developing yourself and others. We want you to strive to be an expert within your field and a key contributor to Mulberry.

- Lead CRM development and management resulting in genuine long-term relationships with internal and external customers.

- Will provide every customer with an exceptional customer service experience
- Consistently strive to overachieve in set sales budgets and KPIs
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of the market, the climate in the market and competitor activity to provide informed trade strategies week on week.
- Use product knowledge to maximise and drive sales
- Engage, develop and maintain key relationships with the core luxury consumer whilst building a strong CRM network
- Are ambassadors for the Mulberry brand and demonstrate passion in all aspects of their role
