Job Description
ServiceNow is looking for a Sales Manager in Digital Sales Organisation, responsible for managing a team of Digital Sales Reps (Mid-Market Account Executives) and Enterprise Sales Associates. The Manager will be responsible for driving Digital Sales performance and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual goals. This role involves providing leadership to the team, overseeing onboarding, and ensuring effective coaching on productivity, quality of interactions, and system utilization.
What you get to do in this role:
  • Provide leadership to your team. Manage new hire onboarding and ongoing coaching on effectiveness, productivity, call quality, and forecasting.
  • Manage quota achievement on a monthly, quarterly basis and annual basis.
  • Align team activities with Marketing and Sales priorities. Participate in developing Marketing and Sales campaigns to achieve pipeline and business goals.
  • Manage and report accurate forecast and pipeline to the business.
  • Perform and manage individual team member performance, growth conversations and career development.
  • Actively engage in territory planning, relationship development and opportunity development and driving revenue by assisting team in closing opportunities.
  • Maintain current knowledge on ServiceNow's offerings.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
  • 5+ years in sales and 2+ years leading a sales team, with the ability to act as a catalyst.
  • A firm understanding of Cloud computing, SaaS offerings, and software subscription business models.
  • Business/Sales Development or direct sales management experience in enterprise software sales or equivalent
  • Strong success in recruiting, coaching and managing an exceptional sales team
  • Strong strategic thinking including analytical and financial planning skills to meet and exceed quotas and goals.
  • Extensive track record of new business sales success including presentation and negotiation skills within industry and at C Level within the ANZ Market
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong business and financial acumen
