Sales Manager (Fmcg)

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Manager (FMCG) to be based in Rockhampton.

To be considered for the role you must have the following:

• Demonstrated experience in exceeding sales and GP budgets
• Maintain weekly/monthly call cycle to ensure customer expectations are met
• Strong sales/business development acumen with the drive to grow the territory building new
• customer relationships whilst maintain existing accounts
• Customer focused with exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills, utilizing diverse methods and approaches tailored to specific audiences.
• Solid administrative, time-management and organisational skills
• Exhibits professionalism and integrity, honesty and self-discipline and ability to work autonomously.
• Strengths in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution
• Existing relationships/strong networks across either Independent Supermarket groups, Independent H/Food stores will be an advantage
• Self driven with the ability to work independently with minimal direction
• Current C Class driver's license

Your new role will consist of a range of duties including but not limited to:

• To plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned accounts or areas
• Be Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction
• Manage quality of products and service delivery
• Generate and qualify leads
• Source and develop client referrals
• Plan and conduct direct marketing activities
• Make sales call to new and existing clients
• Maintain HACCP Standards
• Practice safe work practices always.
