Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and a proven track record in sales, preferably within the art, design, or luxury goods sector. This role is critical in driving the gallery's growth and ensuring an exceptional experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and Sell: Engage with clients both in the gallery and through our extensive database to promote and sell our designers products.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their interests and preferences to notify them of relevant designs and products.
- Gallery Operations: Ensure the smooth running of the gallery, including curating design displays and maintaining an inviting and pristine environment.
- Customer Experience:Provide excellent customer service to ensure a memorable and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and administrative staff to coordinate dispatch and framing of design-related products.
- Market Insight: Stay updated with market trends and apply this knowledge to drive sales and enhance the gallery's offerings.

- Sales Experience: Strong background in sales with the ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Client Focus: Ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues, with a keen sense for client preferences and needs.
- Presentation: Great personal presentation and a professional demeanor.
- Organisational Skills: Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Competent in using computer systems, including Mac and Google Suite.
- Availability: Willingness to work weekends and occasional evenings.
- Passion for Design: A genuine passion for interior design and the ability to convey this enthusiasm to clients.
- Self-Motivated: Goal-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently.
