About the role:
AmpCharge will service customers both at home and on the road at both forecourts and destinations, leveraging existing Ampol infrastructure and customer relationships to ensure Australians can recharge wherever and whenever they need to; hence we are looking for a Home Charging ChannelSales Manager responsible for the go to market sales planning and operational execution, ensuring sales targets and the company's overall strategy and goals are achieved specifically for the Home Charging operating model.
The role will require working within a cross functional matrix environment, working closely with channel partners, marketing, customer service and support functions, finance, and business development teams, to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met playing a key part in fostering strategic partnerships across a variety of industries including vehicle manufacturers, retailers, property developers, builders and other 3rd party channels.
Key responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong relationships with key channel partners in the electric mobility sector for Home Charging solutions.
- Manage internal stakeholders in the business by representing residential customer needs and expectations and by aligning all with the longer-term vision and values of our channel partners.
- Implement programs and incentives to motivate channel partners for increased sales of home AC charging solutions.
- Deliver annual sales revenue and manage a profitable channel portfolio.
- Provide comprehensive product training to empower channel partners, emphasising the role of Home Charging in supporting the uptake of electric mobility.
- Ensure cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI in channel partner engagements, with a keen eye on the evolving needs of the electric vehicle market.
- Support in the finance activities to enable effective billing and payment collections from channel partners.
- Ensure you remain up to date with market trends and standards as it relates to EV Charging
- Provision of market and pricing intelligence information as input into Home Charging pricing decisions.
- Develop account management framework to manage new and existing channel partners.
About you:
You demonstrate a nimble and proactive mindset and the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders including vendors, business owners, customers, government, and internal teams to achieve the strategic goals of the organisation.
We are ideally looking for an individual with minimum of 5 years' experience across Customer Success, Channel Management, Project Management, and/ or Operations preferably with background in Business Management, Marketing, Innovation, Entrepreneurship or with a technical degree with the right network experience.

- High level numerate and analytical skills
- Intermediate to advanced excel literacy essential

- Enthusiastic, flexible and determined attitude to working
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
- Ability to make decisions, prioritise, initiate action and persuade and influence
